John Callahan - Founder
John founded Bostex Builders and Construction Management, LLC out of a desire to put his skills and experience to work for others in the construction community, which has provided him with many challenging and exciting work experiences and generated long-lasting relationships with clients, associates, and friends. John’s collaborative leadership style encourages input from all team members, both internal and external, which improves buy-in from the project team and ultimately generates better results for the customer.
As a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through the Construction Management Association of America, John has demonstrated his knowledge and experience in the construction industry. John has held multiple leadership roles including: executive management, project management, project supervision, safety, procurement and estimating, all prerequisites for this certification. ​

John holds a City of Boston High Rise Builders License. As a prerequisite for this unrestricted license, John demonstrated direct supervision of high-rise construction and other building types covered under this license, including concrete, masonry, heavy timber, and wood frame construction.
